The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photograph wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 107th Precinct/Transit District 20. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Friday, February 16, 2018, at approximately 1:30 p.m. inside of the Parsons Boulevard “F” subway station, the individual sat next to the 64-year-old male victim and asked to use his cell phone. When the victim refused to let him use the phone, the individual produced a knife, placed it to the victim’s neck and took the phone before exiting the station westbound on Hillside Avenue.
The individual is described as :
•A male, Asian in his twenties, 5’7″
•Last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater, gray sweatpants and black sneakers
